Rates and Insurance
Rate: Please contact me to discuss my session rates.
Insurance: I currently accept Highmark, Anthem, Capital Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield, out of state Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans, and Medicare. I am not an in-network provider for Independence Blue Cross/Personal Choice plans. Please contact your insurance to verify your benefits prior to scheduling an appointment.
If you would like to use your insurance, but I am not a participating provider, please contact your insurance carrier to determine your out of network benefits for mental health services. I will provide a superbill for you to submit to help you receive your reimbursements. Additionally, I see clients for a reduced fee on a sliding scale on a limited basis.
Payment: I accept cash, check, debit, credit, and Health Savings Account payments. These are due at the time of the session.
Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
