About me
I earned my undergraduate degree in Biology from Saint Joseph’s University, initially intending to pursue a career in oncology. During my studies; however, I recognized that my true passion was in supporting individuals and families emotionally as they cope with the demands of cancer and other significant life transitions. I then subsequently completed both my Master of Arts and Doctor of Psychology degrees at the Institute of Graduate Clinical Psychology at Widener University. Since then, I have worked in outpatient settings and now primarily support adults 18 and older at my private practice.

My work is grounded in a relational, psychodynamic approach, which means that I deeply value our therapeutic relationship. I also integrate techniques from CBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, and ACT to flexibly address your unique needs and support meaningful change. We'll explore how your specific challenges show up in your life and how they may be connected to earlier experiences and attachment dynamics. Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in warmth and safety. In our work together, I focus on helping you feel heard and compassionately challenged, helping you build confidence, clarity, and more secure, fulfilling relationships.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to get to know you and support you in achieving your goals.
